We collect the details you provide to place and receive orders: your name, mobile number, email (optional), delivery addresses and location, and your order history. We also collect basic device and usage data to operate and improve the site.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to process and deliver orders, verify your identity by OTP, provide support, send order updates, and — where you have not opted out — share relevant offers. We use aggregated, anonymised data to improve our products and service.
3. Location data
With your permission we use your delivery pin/location to check serviceability and calculate delivery charges. You can change or remove saved addresses at any time from the location picker.
4. Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the service — for example with delivery partners to fulfil your order and with payment gateways to process payments. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Payment security
Online payments are handled by PCI-compliant third-party gateways. We do not store your full card or banking credentials on our servers.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
7. Your choices
You can update your profile and addresses, opt out of marketing communications, and request deletion of your account by contacting support. Transactional messages (order and payment updates) are necessary and cannot be opted out of while you have active orders.
