1. About us

Earthy Tales sells naturally grown, chemical-free groceries and delivers across Delhi NCR. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Earthy Tales; “you” means the customer using the site.

2. Account & eligibility

You must provide a valid mobile number to place an order; we verify it by one-time password. You are responsible for keeping your account and delivery details accurate and up to date.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product availability, prices and offers may change without notice. We may cancel or limit an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or if delivery is not serviceable at your location.

The final payable amount, including any delivery charge, is shown at checkout and confirmed by our server when the order is placed.

4. Delivery

We deliver within serviceable areas of Delhi NCR in the slots shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic or operational factors. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the chosen address and slot.

5. Payments

You may pay online (UPI, card or netbanking) or by Cash on Delivery where available. Online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways; we do not store your full card details.

6. Returns & refunds

Fresh produce is perishable. If an item is damaged, missing or not of acceptable quality, contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement or refund as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site is owned by or licensed to Earthy Tales and may not be copied without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Delhi NCR.
