1. Delivery areas
We currently deliver across serviceable parts of Delhi NCR. Set your delivery pin to instantly check whether we reach your doorstep and the charge for your area.
2. Delivery slots
Orders are delivered in morning and evening windows. Choose an available slot at checkout; each slot has limited capacity, so popular windows can fill up.
3. Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on your area and are shown before you pay. Many areas qualify for free delivery above a cart value — your cart shows how much more to add to unlock it.
4. Timelines
Produce is harvested to order and dispatched fresh. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with weather, traffic and operational load. You can track your order from “Your orders” at every stage.
5. Receiving your order
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the selected address and slot. If a delivery cannot be completed due to no one being available or an incorrect address, our team will contact you to reschedule.
